Articles with (*)asterisc comply with the Japan Private Lodging Business Act, and therefore legally mandatary.
In these terms, "you" or "your guest/s" refer to you, "we/our" and "us" refer to the owner and staff of NOMADIC CLUB, and "Club" refers to NOMADIC CLUB.
These terms are requested for you to read before booking, and to acknowledge and accept. If not acceptable, you stop booking. Otherwise, when you proceed with booking, despite you do not fully read or not, you are regarded as having accepted these.

Booking.
1. All booking procedure shall be done by following Email in English. In other languages we cannot communicate.

2. At first, you inquire the availability of Club for the date and period, as well as number of guest/s you intend to book.
3(*). Upon response from us to your inquiry, regarding your request possible or arrangement neccesary, and the total charge for your request, you decide to apply for booking with explicit statement as follows;
(a*) Arrival date and departure date;
(b*)Full name, gender, nationality, dwelling address, profession, mobile phone number effective in Japan, passport number of you and your guest/s. These informations shall be checked to identify at your arrival. If not identified, or on refusal of showing passport, booking becomes invalid without refund. Refusal of showing passport implies illegal possibility of non-bearer of passport, and we have a duty to inform the police.
(c*)When identified, you are requested to enter these informations into the registeration form of Club. These private informations are kept confidential except for the authorities.
(d*)Instead of writing above informations by your hand on the register, photocopying of your passport by us at your arrival, or attaching image file of your passport beforehand at your Email when booking, is alternative.
4.Booking of Club means the reservation, exclusively for your group, of whole guest space including amenities.

Payment.
5. Total charge is informed before your booking, through Email from us, regarding payment policy (cancel policy) and method (basically PayPal.) Booking becomes valid upon confirmation of your payment. If payment is not confirmed within 72 hours (bank holidays excluded) after our information, booking is automatically cancelled, with or without notice. Additional charge such as for yacht charter if happened while your stay, or extension of stay is paid by cash or PayPal.

Rules for stay.
6. Check in time: 14:00, Check out time: 10;00
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
8. Any pet animal is not allowed.
9(*). Upon arrival, follow instructions given by us face to face about the use of the facilities, as well as sanitary and safety policy. English prints of these instructions are also posted in Club.
10(*). Big noise of shout or music, which may annoy the neighbours shall be refrained.
11(*). When trouble happens regarding the facilities, call for us.
12(*). For accidents urgent for police or disease for hospital, the contact phone numbers are posted in Club
13. Upon your departure, and in your presence, we check the facilities whether as in the same condition as they have been at your arrival. If any facility or furniture is found damaged or property is lost, which seems clearly responsible to you, we may ask for compensation.
14. More than these Rules written so far, if such deed is found, as spree and fuss by drinking, inviting your aquantance into Clubhouse, joining or replacing your guest wth one who is not registered, destructive action to neighbourhood or to surrounding nature (like shooting wildlife), or any antisocial behaviour in Club premises (like use of drug), you are disqualified for booking and requested immediately to leave Club without refund.
15. Any accident of your injury or of your property happened while your stay is self-responsible, and Club bears no responsibility for it.
16. Any trouble happened while your stay shall be talked to solve with good faith just between you and us.
