NOMADIC CLUB USER GUIDE

ARRIVAL
●Check in time is 14:00~19:00. In case your arrival is likely to delay after 19:00, give a notice in advance about delay. Contact (owner) 090-4854-7516.
●On your arrival, you and all other guests are requested to register regarding your name and etc. If you are foreign traveler/s, you also enter passport number, which can be omitted if your passport is submitted to be photocopied. These procedures are prescribed under the Law concerned.

DEPARTURE
●Check out time is 10:00.
●Do not depart without notice.
●Before departure, you and host both in presence check if any facility, property or furniture is not damaged or lost. If any damage or loss is found after departure without notice or our checking, host side informs your intermediate platform about it, consult about compensation etc. Evaluation of guest may be degraded.

DANGER
●Smoking is strictly prohibited due to exposed wooden wall, which is easy to catch fire and smell.
●Burning woods in Fireplace sometimes spatter sparks out on the floor. Mind to cover net always when you leave.
●Check power of Bosch electric cooker being off after use.
●Poisonous insects are Centipedes and Wasps. If they are found indoors, in rare cases, do not touch or wipe away them, but call for owner. Large brown spiders apparently ugly are also found indoors, but they are good creatures to catch cockroach, very timid and never harm you.

CAUTION
●Bosch electric cooker is different from IH cooker. Please read or listen to explanation, if you are not familiar with it.
●Refrain from cooking that emits oil or smell such as frying. During cooking, use range hood fan. Smoke by cooking may activate Alert Buzzer for fire.
●Refrain water from constantly dripping or trickling from taps. Pressure sensor of water system may hesitate whether to work or stop, if water stream is too low, making shivering sound. Mind shutting taps tight.
●We use environment-friendly detergent of soup. Do not bring in synthetic detergent, and chlorine based, which, if used to sanitize toilet, kill work of microbes of septic tank to purify gray water.
●Please use shower, closing bath curtain, to avoid splashing water over the floor.
●Refrain from karaoke or spree.
●Playing or listening music, either is welcome, unless too big sound, or after 22:00.

POWER SAVING
●Dining room is air-conditioned with heating, while each bedroom and library are air-conditioned for cooling only. Energy saving by adequate temperature and time setting, and power off on leaving room or outing are appreciated. Automatic setting of air-conditioner is recommended, acting to set temperature as of 26 degree, and to dry when lower than 26 degree, which affords comfortable condition and also energy saving.
●There are lots of lights to enjoy lighting. Please turn off lights after use, but for necessary ones.

SANITARY
●Sort garbage into 3 categories . Put them into each container under water sink. Liquid food is disposed to be put into plastic bag or sucked by paper towel.
1) burnable (paper, synthetic.)
2) vegetable, remain of meals.
3) unburnable (cans, bottles, glasses, metals, porcelains.)
Large trash or waste is not acceptable. Never throw away cans and bottles outside. Do not push cigarette butt into empty can.
●Toilet
We purify gray water by septic tank, and discharge purified water into valley and the sea in front. Do not flush paper which is decomposed, and chlorine detergent ●Tap water
Our water supply is a deep underground well, supplying pure natural water, not chlorinated at all, superb for drinking, coffee and whisky on the rocks!
●Gray water
Gray water from cooking and bath rooms goes to brook of the valley in front and to the sea. Please mind not to use liquid which is not naturally decomposable.

PARKING
●Damage of your car while parking at the lot is not responsible for Club. Wild boar or deer may only be the suspect. Crow sometimes is up to mischief for spoiling roof or front glass by dropping. It is better for you to wash it out by water hose before departure.

LAN (WiFi)
●Available around dining and kitchin. Not wired for ADSL or cabled, but WiMax2, wireless but of high speed. Please use under 3G/day by total guests. Viewing movies for long time may be limited.

ACTIVITY
●Yacht Charter
At least 2 night stay is required for chartering. On next day of arrival or day/s before departure, when sea condition is allowed, we cast off. Our charter is apart from booking by intermediate Platform. State your wish through communication of Intermediate Platform after booking is completed. Charter is depending so much on weather condition, feasible to cancel due to weather. The payment is not in advance but done upon cruising becoming certain, by cash or PayPal.

One day charter
Dept:10:00~ Ret:15:00 (depends on sea condition.)
Minimum 2 passengers: JPY24,000.
Addition per each after 2: JPY12,000.
Skippered.
Light lunch with beer or wine.

　Overnighting (spending over night on board) or long expedition cruise is negotiable (for 2 passengers.)
